Mental Health Week
During Childrens Mental Health Week, we completed lots of exciting activities! We began with assembly to understand the importance of the week and introduce the activities. We then spent a whole afternoon completing a circuit of mindfulness, yoga, relaxation, a sensory circuit and time to understand different emotions. The theme this year was My Voice Matters which we celebrated by thinking about our proud moments. Alongside this, we did a short relax kids session which had been pre-recorded by our Life Coach Nicki Hamilton. It was a great week to celebrate such an important matter.
